I am please to say our park project has turned out better than we could have expected and the residents are eager to put the "new" park to use over the Memorial Day weekend. On behalf of the residents and the City, I would like to thank you and your staff for a job well done. Rich (the project manager) has been extremely patient as we tended to the new sod and when called upon, took the time to take care of issues, even to the point of personally stopping by to check on things for the first week or two while the sod established itself. Someone else who is deserving of our appreciation is Don (the project foreman) who was on-site during the installation of the new irrigation system. Without his attention to detail, we would have not known there had been previous unseen damage to the system. His detailed notes allowed us to recoup the expense of those repairs from the responsible party. Please extend my sincere appreciation to both Rich and Don for doing more than what was expected and taking a true interest in the project as a whole. They made my job so much easier.

I called to thank Jason. My son owns a house here and was having a lot of issues and found us online. She said it was a miracle that she went online and found us. John was talking to his parents about the nice guy from Green Turf who came out. How he was super helpful and is working on a bid. And she was so glad he found us, because we are always the right people.

I just wanted to extend a formal thank you to Bob O'Neal and his crew! They recently rebuilt our entire pond, and I couldn't be more pleased. It was not only restored, but far exceeds our original build plans. Bob's team were prompt, skilled, friendly, respectful and considerate; worked 3 tireless days in the cold and rain. I would hire them back in a minute! They were worth every penny we paid them and then some.
I highly recommend Bob and his team...I would never consider having anyone else touch my pond!

I just wanted to reach out to you and let you know what a fantastic job, Mike our job foreman, did on our project. He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything and explained the work that was completed. I wanted to let you know how particularly pleased I was with the level of perseverance Mike displayed in figuring out why our electric dog fence was still beeping even after he had repaired the line in two places. I felt badly that he was spending so much time on it, and told him I’d just have to have the dog fence people come out and deal with it. But, he wouldn’t have it! He wanted to keep working on it until the puzzle was solved. It’s not often that you receive that level of commitment to customer service and satisfaction in the day and age. WELL DONE!
