If you fill out the contact form on our website, someone will be back to you in less than one business day. We even have a 24 hour emergency number for those particularly sticky situations where only Green Turf can help. We won’t ask too many hard questions, just get the details of your project and then it is time for step 2.

Assessment

We’ve been doing this long enough that we know how important it is to see someone’s “turf” in person in order to ensure we can make it its greenest. Some problems we can diagnose over the phone and others, like our winterization maintenance plan, are part of an automatic long-term service agreement where our focus is proactive care. Regardless, a member of our expert team will come out to your home or business to assess and assist with your needs.

Unlike our competition, we don’t use Google Earth, a plat, or cookie-cutter solutions to evaluate our customer’s needs. We apply our experience and passion to every in-person visit we have. That way you are getting the utmost value from your relationship with our team. Our goal is to create something that is EXACTLY what you need. That often means custom designs or really creative ideas on how to tackle problems that may seem impossible. One of our favorite challenges is when a client comes to us and says: “There’s no way we can do this.” Trust us, Green Turf will make you a way.

Plans are grand, but nothing is more important than your execution. We are champions of honesty, integrity, and value in our work. We’ll stick to our timelines and do our best to stay out of your way while we install, repair, or service your property. It’s that simple.

Payment

The name of the game at Green Turf is convenience for our customers. As a result, you can settle up your outdoor beautification tab online, in-person, over the phone, or through the mail. It’s whatever you prefer!

No matter the method you choose, there is one thing that we will consistently request of you: we want to know how we did. We are always striving to exceed your expectations and the only way to make sure we’re doing it is by hearing from you. We have an online portal where you can upload pictures, share videos, or type out your comments for all to see. If you share pictures of the work Green Turf did for you, it may even end up in our gallery to help inspire other valued clients like yourself. Oh! Long Term Partnership

After 40 years of doing business in St. Louis and its surrounding areas, you have the opportunity to build a lot of long-lasting relationships.
