I just wanted to reach out to you and let you know what a fantastic job, Mike our job foreman, did on our project. He was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything and explained the work that was completed. I wanted to let you know how particularly pleased I was with the level of perseverance Mike displayed in figuring out why our electric dog fence was still beeping even after he had repaired the line in two places. I felt badly that he was spending so much time on it, and told him I’d just have to have the dog fence people come out and deal with it. But, he wouldn’t have it! He wanted to keep working on it until the puzzle was solved. It’s not often that you receive that level of commitment to customer service and satisfaction in the day and age. WELL DONE!

Today I broke tooth and needed to go to the dentist - right in the window of time Greenturf was to arrive. I called Greenturf and they happily found one of their technicians who altered his schedule for me. Everything worked out terrific! Because Greenturf said "let me see what we can do" rather than an out and out "no". Customer service is Greenturf's standard.

I just wanted to extend a formal thank you to Bob O'Neal and his crew! They recently rebuilt our entire pond, and I couldn't be more pleased. It was not only restored, but far exceeds our original build plans. Bob's team were prompt, skilled, friendly, respectful and considerate; worked 3 tireless days in the cold and rain. I would hire them back in a minute! They were worth every penny we paid them and then some.

I have used the GREENTURF Company (Irrigation-Lighting and Drainage) for many years and have been extremely pleased with their services. They take care of my lawn’s irrigation system which they installed and also created exterior lighting to accent the trees, shrubs and house which adds so much and makes my property look great!

Another thing I like about GREENTURF is their service department and technicians whether it is for irrigation or lights. The service department is staffed with very friendly, accommodating personnel whether it is for irrigation or lighting. All the service technicians are competent and friendly as well. They are definitely a “team” of experts working together.
